If you were eligible at the age of 18 for AB12 and decline,

​you can still choose to opt-in at anytime up until the age 21. 
Re-Entry Process

​
1. Youth must be informed of their right to re-enter at their termination hearing.
2. Eligible youth can re-enter foster care an unlimited amount of times until they turn 21
3. The re-entry process is intended to be as accessible and easy as possible.
